Marcelo1281734115 Posted January 30, 2009 Share Posted January 30, 2009 I was looking at the Rondo website a week ago to find a "temporary" mini-scale guitar for my kid. I did notice that they had guitars under $200 that looked pretty good in the pictures. They even had a bunch in tiger stripe sunburst in that price range. The guitar you bought, retails from $199 to $219 at Rondo (depending on the finish), that is probably why the seller only asked $100 for it, so you did not necessarily get a "steal" based on price alone. These guitars are similar to ones you can find at other stores, but they will charge you $100 more for them there, so Rondo is not as greedy an outfit. If this guitar plays decent and you spend the money you saved in upgrading it and you get the guitar to sound nice, then it is a "steal". Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
