I've always wanted a Char**l since my teen years and these USA production models have recently become available. It comes with a 12"-16" compound radius maple fretboard, quartersawn maple neck, alder body, Seymour Duncan JB and '59 pups, a Floyd Rose FR 2000 (Korean made but works superbly), Dunlop strap-loks and mini grover tuners. The neck feels and plays like a dream. I can get great blues tones and cleans from the '59 neck pup and a real metal crunch from the JB bridge pup. Great deal at £734 brand new from guitarguitar.co.uk. The prices have now all gone up to £900 and, in some shops, are now £1000 so I just got in at the right time.
