mgrmatt Posted March 21, 2009 Share Posted March 21, 2009 Mr B you are correct for most modern Epiphones two letters at the begginig designate the Factory of origin, the next four digits year/ month and the last four are the production number. I believe starting late in 08 Epiphone did away with the letters at the beggining of the sn#'s, I have noticed this on solid body electrics and semi's. mgm Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
