Dave
I wear an "Art Carved" (brand name) wedding ring. It has a convex shape inner surface, kind of like the outer rounded surface, so it doesn't cut into your finger. When I first started wearing it, it made noise on the edge of the frets, but over the years I have a ring depression in the ring finger and when I bend my fingers to play guitar, it is away from the neck and doesn't create a problem. Fat fingers help (grin).
Bender 4 Life
I wear a very rare, perfectly white tiger eye ring, w/diamond sides on my left hand ('cause it fits........inherited from my Dad) and a custom made, 1 of a kind tri-level diamond row ring on my right (20th anniversary gift from my wife) unless i'm at work (where they could be severely damaged) they're both on my fingers. They've never bothered my playing.
Strumbone
I keep my wedding band on my left hand' date=' doesn't bother me.....[/quote'] Same here John. However, when I'm working hot (power applied to amp chassis), I will remove watch and ring, and keep one hand in my pocket while probing with the other. With B+ over 300 VDC, getting bit will mess up your whole day!
