Gordy01
If you are, I'm doing a pictorial history of my Stratoblaster build. It is all taking place in the Lounge. I don't want to boast, but there may be something in there for you to learn, or teach me.

Dave
In three weeks I will be officially "early retired" after 36 years at the same technical field service engineer job. One of the things on my list of things to do is build a guitar. I've always thought that as much as I love Les Pauls, I would like to have a double cutaway model, similar to some of the PRS guitars. Having come from a Strat/SG background in the 70's and 80's, I miss not having my thumb restricted when playing upper register G and A positions. My basement workshop includes a Delta table saw, router and table, bandsaw, drill press, mortise machine, jointer and an assortment of chisels and other hand tools and work tables, benches, etc. Any recomendations on plans and sources of reasonable wood stocks?
