Remember the Voodoo SG?

It was in the Gibson lineup at one point. I believe it had a swamp ash body and an ebony fretboard.

I think it would be cool to have the Voodoo SG come back as part of the Epiphone G400 line up. It's a pretty distinct SG with it's different body and fretboard, so it wouldn't be just another G400 with a different color scheme.

What do you guys think? I'd buy one if Epiphone came out with it.

Hi Appari,

Welcome to the forum.

As Jim mentioned, The Voodoo series were "badass" :-

In fact the Voodoo were the follow up to the Gothic series, and in turn they were followed up by the Menace series.

All of them were great guitars.

Unfortunately, to my knowledge, only the Gothic series followed into Epiphone.

They were also the more successful of all the series so it may account for that.
