I love mine and is one of my main guitars, along with my Casino and Fender Tele '52 Here is a pic of my Cherryburst Ultra with my Sunburst Casino or as I call them Sunny and Cher. midiman56 Posted August 28, 2010 Share Posted August 28, 2010 Man! Do those two look great together or what? Another big fan of the original Ultra here. Such a great guitar ... light weight and comfortable to play. Kind of a "different" tone than a standard Les Paul ... a bit more open and airy no doubt due to the chambering. A real beauty to look at too. I made my living with the Ultra for many, many months until I got my Gibby Traditional Pro, and it is still in heavy rotation among my guitars.
