bluesguitar65
I was playing a Les Paul 57 Custom VOS yesterday and was amazed on the sound of this guitar and I was equally amazed on the weight. It was much lighter than the current Les Paul custom, I would say by about two or three lbs. Is the 57 custom VOS chambered? It also has the plastic, greenish color kluson tuners. FennRx
historics get the lighter ("better") wood. i also believe that the B7 is all mahogany, so the lack of the maple cap could lighten it as well.
