passthej45
I am thinking about moving up to medium strings on my J$45, however I just recently had it set up and at the time was using lights. The action is kind of low( a little too low , I think). I was wondering if I changed to mediums would it be more prone to buzzes if not re- set up? EuroAussie
It will be fine. I personally believe mahogany b/s Gibson dreads were born to be played with mediums. Cheers
passthej45
Well I'm sold on the mediums. Have to play a gig next week.... 4 hours. Plan on waiting until after that for the change, just in case it doesn't suit me. Thanks for the advice and encouragemnet
