TheGhostWhoWalks
Since I am a total newbie this guitar is probably not the best for me to get to begin with, but does anyone have any information on it. Karen Elson uses it ALOT and I love how it looks modern but old fashioned at the same time. Thanks in advance

TheGhostWhoWalks
Ahh you are right, thanks. I just looked on google for vintage Gibson guitars and saw this, looks like the exact same one. http://www.squidoo.com/vintagegibsonguitars
TommyK
It's a Model "O". Probably vintage restored. Unless of course it could be a repro, but I doubt it. I believe it's been electrified. I LOVE this guitar. There are probably better sounding guit tars out there, but none too many that look this cool, 'ceptin' the Epiphone Scroll maybe. Mojorule
She actually makes hers sound good. I'd heard that they sound rubbish, and when Robbie Robertson strums one in one of the green-room scenes from The Last Waltz that reputation is not exactly undone... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sMHyovwX7JM

TommyK
Nice! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qbQ47WFlNiI&feature=related You know if this keeps up Gibson will have to re-issue the Model "O". How cool would that be?
