budglo Posted March 13, 2011 Share Posted March 13, 2011 I bought a epi Lester a few weeks ago and wasnt crazy about the playability after a set up.Went to GC and found a silverburst custom .Played it and it plays so nice.Really love the color and ot comes with a Epi hardshell case .I was actually looking at the Gibson Studios , but they are a little rich for my blood.Who else has these customs and how do you like them?For the money I think they are great .Probably gonna do a few mods to it. bonzoboy Posted March 15, 2011 Share Posted March 15, 2011 I have a G-400 Les Paul Custom and it's a fabulous guitar in all respects from playability to fit and finish to tone it's just a fantastic guitar.I can get the mellowist jazz tones through my Blues Jr. yet when I put her through my old JCM 800 she can wail like a banshee.
