Shnate McDuanus
In my opinion, one of the most beautiful, moving live performances ever. Definitely one of the best I've heard. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OWoQBIgdk5k Stephen's solo starting at around 3:32 is incredible beyond words--definitely the way to do it. Dub-T-123
I dig Pavement. I had this ceramics teacher in high school who was obsessed with Pavement and he got me into them. Good times. He got me into some other cool bands too like Broken Social Scene, Fugazi, Mogwai and even the Black Keys actually. That guy was my favorite teacher ever needless to say. Shnate McDuanus
Love Fugazi and Broken Social Scene. I haven't really listened to a lot of Mogwai, but I've seen you mention them a few times so I think it's definitely about time I finally check them out. The Black Keys...well, they're awesome. Nothing more needs to be said. Dub, I'd bet you'd like Sebadoh, if you haven't already heard them. One of my favorites recently.
