gisan111
Hi guys, What do those colored labels inside the F-hole mean? Cause I could see ES335s having red, orange, yellow labels. Are these manufacturing color codes? Thanks!

StijnV
The colors of the labels don't have a particular meaning, although the labels were changed many times in shape and color when Gibson changed ownership. Kind regards, Stijn

CR9
Although I don't know what goes where, the colors and shapes can be used to help identify the age and location where a guitar was made. A label with Hutch's signature will usually bring more money than the same year, make & model that is identical without his signature. I hope someone that knows this exact information posts it here.
