Fun With Solder!

I've been struggling with "wet blanket syndrome" on this guitar for a while.

New pickups helped some, but it was still muffled sounding. I finally yanked all the silver mystery wire and replaced it with some good copper. Wow, what a difference!

What a job!

LOL, it's a fun job on a hollow/semi-hollow guitar isn't it, welcome to the club, good job EJ.

The way I did this one, it wasn't too bad. By wrapping everything up in a nice tight harness, it slid right in.

The work was in the layout.

May I say, EG.............

That Cherry Burst looks stunning on a 'Kat.

The photos Epi has/had on their website have never done Wildkats and Alleykats justice, IMO. They are so much nicer 'in the flesh'.
