Gibson Artist Posted November 16, 2011 Share Posted November 16, 2011 Robbie Krieger and Ray Manzarek were at the Wilbur theatre in boston and i was shocked at how good Robbie is, he is almost never mentioned as the great guitarists of his time but even in his late 60s this guy was a powerhouse on guitar and the rest of the band good as well. My gf's favorite band is the doors and she wasnt going to go because of money constraints but i talked her into it as something she would never forget, needless to say we squeeked by financially this week and she has memories for a lifetime. I'll bet that show was great........... ( I met Ray back in 1986......We drank and chatted until the bar closed down......Interesting man......)
