2turbos
I had a 1960 Corvair Monza that was painted Dupont "Horizon Blue Metallic" acrylic lacquer which is the same as Cadillac "Mist Blue". I always loved that color. It looks good on anything from Epiphones to Corvettes! My next Epiphone might be the Pelham blue SG 400 that Sam Ash is featuring. Now if I could find that old Monza Coupe! spike286
At first I didn,t know what to think about this look but now it,s grown on me. I just might buy a SG with Maestro in this color.
bkrejcik
That color is haunting me. I missed a used Casino in that color, then I've seen some others offered, like that flashy 339 and the much cheaper LP Special, which tempts me most. My experience with Limited Editions is that they're real good, and that price is killer. I played several different guitars (all Fenders and Squiers) at my local, then saw a used black Special II sitting in a corner, ignored. I picked it up and it just felt right, which none of the others really had. I would have got it, but I'd prefer the Pelham Blue Limited Edition, so I'm considering. That 339 looks like the perfect guitar, but until I play one I'm sure not going to think about it, considering the amount of benjamins involved.
