johnl
Check out archtop.com too: http://www.archtop.com/ac_access.html They might have a kit with the correct mounting hardware as well. And please post some pics of your Zenith!
zombywoof
You could always, of course, make one your self. Places like Stewmac sell flattop and archtop pickguard blanks and mounting brackets. If not, you might check with places like Pickguard Heaven to see if they have a precut one that will work for you. You could also give Terrapin Guitars a call. They made me a pickguard for a 1950s Epi flattop which was no small feat as the sucker is actually laid into the top. They nailed it.

pfox14
I wouldn't recommend buying pickguard material from StewMac. They just don't have anything that looks right for a replacement pickguard especially if the original was tortoise shell. Best to have one made by Terrapin. Aoresteen
I'd send it to Terrapin Guitars and have John make a replacement. Email him first. http://www.terrapinisland.com/
