feldkeen4 Posted February 5, 2012 Share Posted February 5, 2012 I figured I try a entry level semi-hollow. It seems comfortable to play and sounds good clean. Time will tell if I'll bond with it. Ibanez AS73 2009 model. I got it for $250 plus tax. It might be a little high priced compared to some new ones online, but I didn't want to buy one with out playing it first. I was looking at an Ibby when I stumbled onto my DeArmond J/B. one day i'll own the George Benson Signature Artcore Custom. one of my best friends(rip Steve) played an Ibby 12 string acoustic that had the most beautiful tone. a mid '70s Japan acoustic. being a semi, yours is the equivalent of a "Dot", and you got it at a swell price too! i like the finish & f/b......
