Papa Jo Jones, One heck of a drummer

Papa Jo Jones was the master of understated percussion, brush work, rimshot, bare hands, the King of Finesse drummers. He did not depend on microphones PA's, didn't need a thousands drums and cymbals, and he could pull the audience right into his head. He could do more with less, and even more, knew that less is sometimes more.
