swedeguitarist
Does anyone know what model Hummingbird this is? It appears to be a natural finish with dark sides but I can't seem to find one anywhere? Thanks very much, Paul
ksdaddy
Hummingbirds have been offered with natural tops over the years.

Matt the Cat
Surely the whole point and beauty of the Hummingbird is that it's a RED guitar! It's gotta be red, always red. Sorry, I'll stop now...........
Guest
My first Hummingbird -- an '85 -- was a natural-topped guitar, with slightly shaded back and sides. I think the natural Hummingbirds were relatively more common in the later '60s (when you also saw more cherryburst Doves, as the flip side) than now. (That [a natural H'Bird] is what Keef played for a spell in the 70s.) Overall, natural, "standard-issue" Hummingbirds are quite uncommon in current production, with the exception of the ultra-blinged Hummingbird koas, etc. But you can always order one through your dealer. Essentially all you're getting is a Sheryl Crow model guitar with a different pickguard. Fred
jefleppard
there's a half dozen 60's birds at elderly right now that look like that so i'm guessing 68-ish?
