kccheers
So, I got my new ES339 Pro in Sunburst and love it. Because the case seems to be nowhere to be found at any site, is there an alternative case that will fit? Gator, etc. Sam from KC

bobouz
The case for the Wildkat/Alleykat will fit a 339 perfectly. Of course that one is also in short supply.
LarryLarry
I wonder what the holdup is on getting the Epi 339 cases distributed??
kccheers
I'm not sure of the holdup, but my backorder notification from MF now shows the case as not available. So...I had them cancel that order and instead have a case for the Flamecat/Wildcat coming today. I'll post if it works as soon as I get it home. Mnc
How about a padded gig bag? The Epi site does not show one, called a couple of the big stores, neither knew of anything, Gibson or Epi , that would fit. I only need a good quality bag with adequate padding, not a 100.00 hard case for my 339. If anybody knows what works please chime in.

bobouz
instead have a case for the Flamecat/Wildcat coming today. I'll post if it works as soon as I get it home. It'll work. I had an Alleykat for awhile & purchased the Alleykat/Wildkat case. My Gibson 339 fit into the Alleykat case like a glove. Note that the Kat case is a little deeper than a Gibson 339 case in order to allow for the Bigsby on the Wildkat.

kccheers
Well, the results are in....and YES, the case for the AllyKat/WildKat/FlameKat does indeed fit the ES-339 PRO. Got mine home last night and am satisfied. Cheers from KC
RichardP
Finally. I received my ES-339 Case today. Ordered late May - 5 months later my guitar finally has protection. It's a nice case. Fits my guitar like a glove and very plush.
