When I got home, I put the guitar on a stand and decided to put my accessories for the guitar in the storage space in the case. I opened the lid to the compartment and put a few items in there. When I wanted one of them, I opened the lid and it came off in my hand. I hadn't pulled on it or done anything to it. It just came off. I called the salesman at GC who told me they didn't have another one in stock, so he would have to order one. I expected him to call me back, but they were pretty busy yesterday, so maybe he'll call back today. Has anyone else had this experience with their brand new case? geeterpicker Posted January 6, 2013 Author Share Posted January 6, 2013 The folks at GC were very responsive. Called me back today and had a case for me. Picked it up a few minutes ago. It was for the Keb Mo' model they have. It was pretty much the exact case and the guitar fit in perfectly. And the accessory box lid stayed attached.
