PetPeeves
Just wondering if anyone's played one yet and what everyone's making of them. I know Gibson (somewhat) recently acquired a factory in Canada ...are the Songmakers coming from there or Montana? They're not bad looking guitars and hopefully (I don't know the price) will make Gibson Acoustics more accessible to a wider variety of players. Jinder
I'd love to try one out. I don't have a Rosewood guitar, and the Songmaker Grand Concert in Rosewood looks appealing and well-priced to me :-)
Space Pup
I played the DSR-CE model a few weeks ago. It's not a bad guitar but it's not a Gibson. If I remember correctly it runs in the neighborhood of $1500.00. The one thing I really didn't like is that the cutaway doesn't meet flush with the neck. There is about a quarter on an inch overhang on the body.
guitarstrummer
I played the same guitar as the one Spacepup mentioned and his comments are right on. The guitar wasn't bad, but definitely wasn't a Bozeman Gibson.
