MissouriPicker
Without having a maple guitar nearby at the moment to bring my ears up-to-snuff on the sound of maple, I must say that the walnut seems to give the J200 a tone I was not expecting. It wasn't bright sounding. More bass and mids. Beautiful guitar too. I've always liked the Gibson jumbos and super jumbos....Of course, before I ordered one, I'd ask them to send me a pic of the bridgeplate..lol...... :( \:D/
retrorod
While this guitar sounds wonderfull as recorded, I have to take all of these recorded views and listens with a "grain of salt".....There are so many 'variables' involved with recorded sound..... It does sound good! Rod
