I owned a '72 HB (briefly) in 1973. Thought it was just the inevitable, occasional dud, but still haven't played one from that era that amounted to anything. So.... I bought my Hummingbird new in '77 for $850 ($3545.54 in 2019 dollars) and sold it in 1982 for $300 ($704.77 in 2019 dollars) to pay the rent.
