mihcmac Posted July 21, 2021 Share Posted July 21, 2021 (edited) My 2020 339 came with Epiphone Alnico Classic PRO™ humbuckers, which seemed to made really well and sounded pretty decent. But since I am a P90 freak and could not get a current 339 with P90's, I replaced the humbuckers with GFS Mean 90's which sound excellent. JWH Posted July 21, 2021 Share Posted July 21, 2021 (edited) i got a set of the epi alnico classic pro pu's off ebay a while ago. They are a good play all gener pu my opinion. I got them installed in an old epi les paul that is my practice guitar. good enough for when im practicing. I just use the bridge position. if yours sound muddy use a .010 or a .0068 tone capacitor.
