Thorsten
Hello, I own one of these wonderfull instruments since 2005/2006. I bought it at our local dealer brandnew. The serial is GG05070355. I wonder how many of these instruments were made in total, because it was produced only since between 2005 and 2006. Does anyone know about these numbers of instruments? The tussrod is not accessible from the headplate, but from the soundhole in the body. Is that regular and the covers on the other guitars are just for shown? greetings thorsten
Brucebubs
I bought one several years ago - my very first Reverb purchase - sent it back - neck cracked - frets worn and tuners were shot to pieces - disappointing, never got to play it. Depending on who was making the guitar for Epiphone at the time as part of their overseas outsourcing, it’s not that unusual. Thorsten
Hello Mark, thanks for your reply. I was just courious, because all other EJ300 had at least a Tussrod Cover. @Brucebubs: seems that the previous own rocked that guitar a lot. bubba1281734205
I had an AJ 220S that had a truss rod cover that was just cosmetic.
DonnySmith
I am not sure how many were made, but, I own two of them. One is a Natural Cut out with electronics and the other is a Sunburst non electric. I can no longer play because of major nerve damage to my left hand. I even own an Alvarez 5052 the "Lawsuit model J200 made in 1974. All my Guitars (20 of them) and amps (7 of them) are for sale!!!!! My email is oucwboy@aol.com , Yes I know, but I'm old and don't like changes too much.
