The ones to the left are Dove roses - the Bird seems a bit off to me. A standard guard perhaps. .

Thanks. That makes sense. Well, at least I had fun looking at other models, including Epiphone, to see what guitar that p/g design went to.

Maybe the Bird guard was modified from Hartford Snyder's design.

^ It looks like a cheap copy found and used instead of the real thing -
