Hoss
I've loved the looks of the Santa Cruz; had the brochure opened up to the slope (CJ?) and pinned to the office wall for YEARS!! Of course, once I played one or three, I got over my infatuation. I really like their small bodies, but the slope turned out to just be eye candy (for me). I think Huss and Dalton would have to be my first choice, with a Collings next in line.
Gilliangirl
GG If I am ever in Calgary Ill let you play my Collings CJ . BTW They also come mostly in 1 11/16th nut sizes! Subu I'll pay for your gas up here!! :D/ That's good news on the nut width as I'd always thought they were bigger. Not sure where I got that from, but anyway. I'm amazed at what a difference neck profile/nut width/string spacing can make in terms of playability.

anthonyc007
Hey Anthony' date=' it's good to see you around again![/quote'] Thanks, Karen. Been around, put not as participatory as I had been. Not sure why, I guess there are are just so many times you can respond to threads about bridge pins and Hog v RW. But I'll try to be a good sport. Michealjones
You've got to read this new book called The Talent Code-- the introduction is about a girl who did a month's worth of practice in five minutes -- there's an excerpt here (The Talent Code)
