PSA: How to play a Flying V sitting down. 1 easy step. (so easy, even a jazz player could do it!)

I posted this in 'other electrics' but it bears repeating:

 

 

 

I keep reading again and again that you just can't play a Flying V sitting down. Of course, this is a smelly ol' crock. One step:

 

1. Tuck the lower 'wing' behind your right knee so that your right foot is under your taint. You should be in the classic Suzuki position now, with perfect posture and optimal range of motion for your hands.

Hey... I don't appreciate the whole jazz player comment....

 

 

LOL That was funny. I'm sure he didn't mean anything by it.

 

As a primarily blues influenced guitarist I have fun messing with the Jazz guys from time to time. Remember if you play a wrong note you just screwed up, but play two wrong notes and you just played Jazz.
