65 Casino
Guitarists for the Outlaws (Green Grass and High Tides), Guitarists for Lynryd Skynrd. I know I know these names but memory just isn't what it used to be. Lot's of underrated players for sure. I am not one though, but one in the making. Shnate McDuanus
I mean do you HAVE to shred to be a good guitarist? I would say definitely not.
Rocky4
That one lead guitarist from the band "Heart" he has some really cool licks. That one lead guitarist from the band "UFO" he plays some killer shreds. Niel Shawn and Rick Derringer. Roger Fisher for Heart. Sing Child Sing is a fantastic rock song. The studio version is a lot better that this Michael Schenker is well known as a fantastic guitarist Neil Schon used to rock before he went for the money Derringer isn't as well known now, but he used to be known as an amazing guitarist and producer. nikko18
I'm a big Billy Duffy fan myself. The Cult did some tasty stuff' date=' much of it on big hollow-bodies. THAT is my tone of choice.... [/quote'] Gotta love the cult. And have to throw Robin Trower into the mix. He is sooo good, I love his style.
Laney1566
I find it interesting that when this type of question is asked, guys tend to just start naming famous guitarists. I don't think any well known guitarist is underated or he wouldn't be well known. As for my choice, I will simply say the name of a great guitarist that has pretty much flown under the radar here in the states. He played on a couple of Budgie's best albums and his axe was an SG Tony Bourge. Look him up and you will find great music.
