bonzoboy
Many years ago my guitar tech at the time was clearing out his workshop and gave me a Tim's Own Fuzzer Buzzer,it was supposedly handmade by a guy in Boston,it is mostly chromed metal but the sides are wood covered in vinyl. The unit has a volume and tone control and an on/off toggle, the sound is the quintessential psychedelic era fuzz,it just rips through the speakers.Has anyone else out there ever had one or these beauties or does anyone have more info on Tim etc. ?It would be a great pedal to copy. ------------------------------------
RichCI
A quick search of Google turns up some results. You can try it without the quotes to get more results.
EVOL!
I love a good boutique or rare fuzz. Do you know if it is Ge or Si?
bonzoboy
I'm not really sure if it's germanium or silicon. It was made circa 66 so wouldn't most likely be germanium? ----------------------------------------------------

I don't think they started using Si until the late sixties
