cwness
I played live on the road for 15 years and loved it. I jam once a week with some friends my age and last year we played at a Battle of the Bands that a local place puts on. We are getting ready for next weekend to play again. They are having it again this year and there are a lot more bands signed up. Recording I just put down riffs so I can come back to them. I'll come up with a good one but if I don't record it I forget it. I forget the timing that I thought made it good. Live is great fun but like Cruz said it's the getting ready and tearing down that has lost it's appeal. CW
Notes_Norton
I've done both, but mostly live. Playing live in front of an audience is my second favorite thing to do (it's a family forum so I won't tell you what's first <grin>) Notes ?
ChanMan
Live. I even liked the set ups and tears downs. I found recording to be kind of tedious work.
