Riffster
Nice Rosewood Murph, the neck is shinny though has the guitar been refinished?
Murph
Piss poor photographer with a cheap camera and a tube type computer with dialup! That's the guitar I learned on and actually started gigging bars with. The fretboard is (fingernail) naturally scalloped up to about the 8th fret, you can see the first 3 frets are all but gone. I gave it to my son when he was 16, and just got it back a few years ago. I hand sanded the red down to the 1 piece mahogany and had it clear coated in the late 70's/early 80's. I got it in 1969, so it's been in my family for over 40 years.
Murph
Nice Rosewood Murph' date=' the neck is shinny though has the guitar been refinished?[/quote'] Yea stiffy, I worked in a Body Shop in Mesa Arizona and had it cleared with Poly after sanding the red off. It was very reliced and looked like hell. The poly is bulletproof, and I never plan to sell it.
