Jeff-7
Just going through enjoying the andy mckee arsenal on youtube and saw a new vid posted for his song "drifting" Admittedly I haven't seen a great deal of different style necks in my life but the slanted frets are pretty neat. I know he uses custom acoustics, always amazed by his playing.

Thundergod
I've seen lots of bass guitars with frets like those, and some guitars, they are supposed to work better for the instrument's scale.
pippy
If you like odd-looking fret-work you should check out the necks from 'True Temper'. Our old mate RogerGLewis tried some out at the company's place in Sweden and loved them.
