DeVeeWee
I don't know the reason why, but I'm into The Eagles since 2 days ... and while I was googlin' for 'Seven bridges road' I came across a load of covers ... most of them are 'nice tries' but nothing more than that ... until I heard this ... :-
Gilliangirl
Amazing! I've never heard of these guys. I think I have to follow up on this Thanks!
milod
First time I heard the song - really, I was running around, doing too many other things in "another life" at the time - was a Joan Baez album. It even had her doing "Cry me a River" in the tradition of Julie London. Politically I ain't that much of a Baez fan 'cuz I was too rebellious to join the rebels anywhere. But... sheesh, she can sing. m

SweetMarie
You guys do know that the Eagles covered "Seven Bridges Road"? Ian Matthews did the original probably 6 or 7 years previous to the Eagles version, and yes it had the incredible harmonies...
stevef
I believe it's a Steve Young song. Not a lot of vocal harmonies but still a great song.

tommyb
Dang, that is sweet! I'm an Eagles fan from their debut album in 1971...covered a lot of their stuff in gigs years ago. This is a more "countrified" version than the original, but it's well done. Thanks for posting!
Daryl M
Yea, that's good. These guys had a couple of minor country hits a few years ago, but in typical Nashville style, they lasted about 15 minutes.
