I am also gearing up a Gibson slope shoulder, Model A mandolin, and Lewis & Sons fiddle for a gig later this month. No bluesgrass though - gonna be nuttin' but the straight and natch'el blues. The night after, me and the mando are heading out with a friend who plays accordian (at least he did when he was like 12 years old) to sit in with an acoustic band.
