NeoConMan
Man, these are some seriously troubled lyrics from the bubble-gum pop era. These guys were cashing in on the Beatle craze, with stupid dance moves to boot. I confess, I had never heard this particular song until today. Don't think I missed much. Little Freddie there was a strapping 5'3" and all of maybe a hunnerd pounds soaking wet. My twelve year old daughter (who's sweet as a kitten) would stomp a mud hole in his ***.... For kicks, search YouTube for their smash hit "Do The Freddie." It's a real treat for you young 'uns.... John Lennon who wrote the song always hated it. Craig

NeoConMan
[blasphemy] Rubber Soul? Yeah, late seventies. None of it really stands out in my mind. Shaved Fish and some other stuff too that the stoners in town grooved to. Never smoked dope, never impressed with Lennon at all, never bothered again. Let's just say I was more of a McCartney fan - and not much of one at that. Same as Henry Ford that gave us the Model T and started it all, doesn't mean I want to drive one. [/blasphemy] :(
