Dotneck
I don't own one but I know a guy that has one and have considered buying it. Yes, Its like a 14 fret Kalamazoo...ladder braced. Made for Montgomery Wards... Nice guitar...
zombywoof
I have dealt with the folks at Folkway Music and walked away very happy. But be forewarned, the shipping cost was pretty flippin' high.
Guth
i'd never heard of one of these but it seems to be a mate of the k-zoo series. anyone ever had one? While I have not owned one, I have played one at a local store here some time ago. Your description "mate of the k-zoo series" sums things up nicely. The particular example that I played had the typical ladder-braced vibe with a nice dry, woody tone. Lots to like there, but it didn't appeal enough to me to justify a purchase. This is a very small guitar (I recall that the overall length was particularly short), smaller than a L-00 for example. So cool, but small. The example in the link that you posted appears to be in very nice shape. All the best, Guth
