recsec Posted July 29, 2010 Share Posted July 29, 2010 I played through one about three weeks ago at Blues Angel Music. It is a wonderful sounding amp. It goes into overdrive easily and cleans up with just the use of the volume knob on the guitar. I was using an Epi Alleykat which has a Master Volume. I also plyed through it with a Les Paul clone with P-90's. Really a great sounding amp. I am saving for one now!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Fixr1984 Posted July 30, 2010 Share Posted July 30, 2010 Bought one a few months ago. Great little amp, gets prety loud. I use it for home and when we play a bigger place and we are mic'd. The only real complaint I have is that it wont do a very loud clean sound. Cranked up overdrive is awesome sounding. Idealy i need a 2 channel amp but I just try to run it as clean and loud as I can and use distortion pedals for the songs that need the heavy stuff.
