bradduerr
I would like to replace the bridge in my newly acquired 10 year old Casino but I don't have a clue about what to get for a replacement. I would like to get a Tonepro but I don't know which model get. Any help would be appreciated.
TWANG
Tone pros now has a metric version. which is what your guitar will take. the set is 116.50 list in chrome. the bridge alone is 64.50 list. I sell well under that if you want me to get you one. TWANG
Larry1281734007
I replaced my stock Casino bridge with a Gotoh model GE103B for $35.
frenchie1281734003
I replaced the bridge on two of my Casino`s,with the Gotoh GEP103B version. This bridge i`ve now used for a year or so,and have found it to be excellent. It is based on the Gibson Nashille type, wider bridge(more mass, more sustain?,and has plastic saddles, which i feel, round out the notes, for that honky John Lennon tone).I also replaced the generic weedy 5 and a half inch trapeze tailpiece, with the heavier 6 inch Allparts copy of the original version(like on the Lennon models). These two mods together, semed to make a disernable difference to my guitars.
