jefleppard Posted September 28, 2008 Share Posted September 28, 2008 i agree with stone. this guitar can sound bad unplugged. dead and lifeless. i have found, for $300 max, that the aj200 is a good deal, though may require a set up. the j-200's have a great sound if you find a good one but their quality and set up can also vary greatly causing one to overlook them entirely. i just bought a small bodied el-00 for 220cdn. it is a great parlour style guitar with a nice punchy, bright sound and beautiful finish. but play stuff before you buy though. the masterbilt line is fantastic, but more money.
