Hi and welcome to the Forum!

This is site is a great place for fans of Epiphone guitars with many knowledgeable members. It is not a Epiphone Customer Service site. I suggest you may want to first introduce yourself as a new member =D>

This isn't a customer service question anyway.

Casinos prices should be checked locally, and on ebay and craigslist.

You need to consider it's date of manufacture, which finish, what condition it's in.

Then compare it with new price as well.

You have to figure out what you're willing to take right off the bat.

Don't forget shipping, paypal and ebay fees, and insureance when shipping if it comes to that.

So check fed ex and ups by boxing it up and weighing, measuring it and using their sites.

Also have a return policy in mind. That is, it's either return under certain conditions, or sold as is.

Be honest in the ad, do as many pics as you can showing as much close up detail especially of any dings, etc., but also

polish it up make sure you get some nice pictures showing it off.

A casino that goes cheap, probably has some issues.

I think you already know what you'd like to get.. that is, not just greed, but what would make you feel like a good deal was made..

so either ask that outright.. or have a reserve.

some like to offer a minimum acceptable opening bid, then a 'buy it now' price that would make them happy.

Hi Lod,

All good advice from Twang there. Funnily enough I bought my last Epi from an eBay seller in the UK, and yes I agree that the prices can fluctuate pretty wildly. There's so many variables.

I think the main thing is that you kind of know what you'd accept. Like Twang says, that's your guide.

We don't know what condition your guitar is in, so we can't provide an accurate guide.

At a guess, I'm going for around the £250-300 sterling mark, but as I say I don't know the condition. £300 would be for a really nice one with no dings, and a case. If it has the odd little battle scar or scratch and doesn't come with a case, it's getting closer to £220 or so.

By the way, it's not the one in "sea foam green" with the bigsby is it? Because if so, I'd be interested, I've been after one for a long time.

thankyou gus for the reply, i paid about £300 for it about 9-10 years ago, i have never tried propely to learn the guitar until now, having a few leasons and using my teachers fender strat, and is much easier than playing the epiphone casino, so i simply want to sell my epiphone to invest in a strat due to the fact that its a little easier to learn on, the epiphone guitar is a great and sound is superb and maybe in a few years time when i a little better i will buy another
