JefferySmith
Well, all of my MIK Epiphones are strikingly good (Samick, Unsung), and my one MIC Epiphone is very good, so perhaps the quality is the same. Brad had some bad MIK specimens, and a good MIC specimen. Perhaps its a wash.
lpfan
Seriously, Quality Control is the key! Also using the same wood type would be nice, not just piece of whatever is available. Like I said QC is the key.:) Epiphone needs to focus on this before its too late!
RSDx
A Hilarious and totally disgusting part of the film! CB Indeed ..... needless to say, Mrs RSD didn't like it very much, in spite of her warped guy-like sense of humor
Muskank Sally
I had a Korean made 2003 Les Paul Classic ...it was perfectI had a Korean made 1997 Les Paul Custom...it was perfect I had a Chinese ( DW) Classic 2006 Les Paul...It was Crap..really crap I now have a 2006 Korean made Les Paul Ultra and it's a very great guitar in every way... How can I trust Chinese made Epi now ? If I have to buy another Epi' date=' it will certainly be made in Korea... I will never buy another Chinese Epi...But it could only be me...maybe I was unlucky with my DW Chinese LP...[/quote'] You can't trust Daewon (DW...Dalian China) they make the old Rally guitars and many others. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ab3hrvf_V9o I had an Daewon built Epi LP Classic Quilt top that I hand picked out of a pile of fresh boxed Epiphones. Beautiful Guitar! Took it to have it set up and the neck was screwed. Kinks, high frets, truss rod gave the guy a hell of a time, so it was the neck that was the culprit. I took it back and got a store credit and picked up a mic and some odds and ends. Heartbreaker though, that was a very nice looking guitar.
