snoty Posted March 18, 2009 Share Posted March 18, 2009 Got my hummingbird about 2 weeks ago..changed the strings someone suggested DR..fell in love..So I thought I'd take it to be set up..My guy says the top of the guitar is caving in and the neck is arching up''Said he can fix both problems but he would return it..Any body else have this problem..I have about 3-4 weeks to return it. TWANG Posted March 18, 2009 Share Posted March 18, 2009 when they dry out the area below the bridge sinks.. that will wreac havoc with the whole guitar. keeping it in direct sunlight, next to heat or air cond. vents.. that'll take the water out of it, too.
