The first guitar is an E-Series with an "Extreme" finish.

The fourth is a promo guitar. Epiphone has done a lot of them over the years. They are on par with the Specials, I believe.

The Scroll guitar is they only one really considered rare. Those are very neat. I would love to own one.

How can you tell? I really want to know.

The only thing I saw was that the headstock looked a little thin, but that could be the lighting or the angle.

I have my LP Custom sitting here right next to me and I couldn't see one thing different except the color. Knob placement looked OK, the headstock inlay looked to be right, etc, etc.

Tell me what you see.

Well, to me the knob placement was totally bogus.

Also those were not genuine Grover tuners.

The headstock inlay looked a bit rough too.

Flakiest serial number I've ever seen.

The cavity cover is backwards (rotated 180°) as on a lot of these fakes:

Also... did you even look at that case? BOGUS.

And if there was a goldtop Custom we'd have heard of it by now.

No way there's only two of them if they're legit.
