carverman Posted March 14, 2010 Share Posted March 14, 2010 Well the new "gold plated" isn't the same as the "old gold plated". This question has been asked numerous times and the basic answer is..be very gentle rubbing and don't use any harsh abrasive liquids or anything that will cause a chemical reaction.
