jcwillow777
Man I wished these would have been available when I pulled the P90s out of my Epi '56 GT. I did put a set of Gibson Minis in it. I'm not a p90s guy, and I have tried with a couple of guitars. And I wished I knew that Allparts sold the mounting plates. The advantages to getting old. http://store.guitarfetish.com/gip90stminhu.html

I have thougth about changing my p90s to minis or just getting another goldtop and doing the mini cnversion on it.

But if I was to get another guitar id get some mounting plates from allparts and see.
tulsaslim
Those minis have a great mojo, don't they? I have 3 Agile 2300s (kind of an LP Jr. copy). On #1 I left it with both P-90s (BTW, Agile P-90s ROCK!). On #2 a put two minis (some routing required). and on #3 I left the P-90 in the neck and put the mini (GFS "our best" minis) on the bridge. Believe it or not, on #3, the neck P-90 is actually hotter than the mini in the bridge. It makes for some very interesting tones. Yeah, I know. I'll try to get some pics up here. Minis are great. Guest icantbuyafender
Me too, jc... about 7 months too late, but its good that GFS sells them. I didnt know that allparts sold the mounting plate... I got a pair threaded for metric from a guy on another forum. All i had to do was swap screws on the gibbys. but, my GT is now my absolute favorite. I'm thinking of getting a set of these minis for it, since I have two other P-90 guitars (Casino and '71 LP Deluxe that I took the minis out of)
