mrjones200x Posted June 3, 2010 Share Posted June 3, 2010 I want to paint my pickups on my ibanez, there bare knuckle miracle man pickups uncovered. Is this possible? and what type of paint should i use? I know not to cover the pole pieces so just have to be carefull. Want to paint them pink and have green control knobs. TWANG Posted June 3, 2010 Share Posted June 3, 2010 they have plastic paint in spray cans now.. but you better be sure the coils and all are masked off well.. otherwise, painting bezels should work fine. try an auto store or wally world.. call around and ask, I don't know the brand names but it's FOR plastics. Swoop Posted June 3, 2010 Share Posted June 3, 2010 What if you got some pink self adhesive vinyl, and cut it to the correct shape, punched holes in the right places for the polepieces etc, and stuck that on.
