I've had a set of SD Pearly Gates sittin around burning a hole in my pocket and I've always had a thing for big hollow bodies (or at least semi-hollow anyways) So here's my idea. Tell me what you think. "The Black Pearl" Black Sheraton II Pearly Gates Humbuckers Coil Tap CTS Super Push Pull Pots Jensen Caps Fossilized Walrus tusk nut Chrome Hardware ( I have never really liked gold hardware ) MOP Pick guard & pick up rings to match the MOP fret markers and headstock Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I don't really think I could picture a pearl pickguard on an Ebony Sheraton. Of course, I'm not trying to discourage you and afterall it is YOUR guitar. Everything else sounds rad though!
